The final phases of La Récolte Retirement Village in Stellenberg, in the northern suburbs of Cape Town, have been launched.
Block C will include a state-ofthe-art care centre along, with 48 assisted living suites, which offer a combination of studio,
one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, ranging between 20m² and 60m², while Block D will offer 42 independent living units.
These units will vary between 60m² and 96m². She adds that Block C not only offers assisted living, but also frail care.
Each apartment boasts emergency nurse-call panic buttons; 24-hour security with CCTV cameras; electric fencing and manned access-controlled gates; DStv connectivity; fibre internet; optional homecare nursing; landscaped gardens, laundry facilities and affordable, stable levies.
Voice-over internet protocol telephone enables residents to contact one another and the relevant services on site, free of charge. Homes in Block C, with its assisted living suites, will sell for between R995 000 and R1.495 million.
